Why Ariyalur ?

Ariyalur's Human Development report and NFHS has been indicating gaps and need of additional intervention in the areas of increasing schooling years, reducing early pregnancies, improving serial hygiene and management practice, and hygiene behaviours to improve the quality of life as whole. Secondary research and primary findings from the ground call for immediate intervention in skills and knowledge that would serve the foundation for overall improvisation in quality of individual and social life. Thus this aspirational program catering the most of needs through these 3 domains is designed in alignment with National Youth Policy 2014-17 and 2012 draft, Sustainable Development Goals and Emphasis of life Skill in New Education Policy 2020.
